Elecman: DLN-008
Elecman is a Robot Master from the Mega Man classic series. He was built by Dr. Light to control electrical operations. Elec Man manages a nuclear power plant and can personally generate 500,000 volts of electricity. He is very fast and his Thunder Beam can kill those weak to it in three hits if he so chooses.
At the time of his creation, Elec Man was often hailed as Dr. Light's greatest creation and boasts superhuman calculation speed and razor-sharp judgment, as well as a physical agility that would not be matched for some time. He is very conceited and egotistical, but is otherwise very responsible and competent.

Advantages
-He is quick on his feet.
-He is extremely intelligent.
-He has good judgement
Weaknesses
-Sharp blades always mean bad news for him. It never fails. These include Rolling Cutter, Metal Blade, Quick Boomerang, Wheel Cutter, and many other cutter weapons.
-Oil. After all, it doesn't conduct electricity.
-His twisted personality can sometimes lead to mental instabilities.
Likes
-Playing guitar.
-Logic puzzles.
-Guitar music.
-British comedies, especially Monty Python.
-Video games, especially Pokemon.
-Anything that can be checked to be in its proper state (such as locks, the positions of objects, etc.)
Dislikes
-Rubber products, including rubber bands, latex condoms, tires, etc.
-Working with non-conductive materials.
-Oil, especially when it gets him dirty.
-His own OCD behaviors such as checking a lock at least five times.

When Serious Robots go Childish

Fingers carefully gripped the DS stylus. A childish giggling noise seems to erupt from the current location of a certain normally-serious Robot Master. Apparently, Elecman was in a childish mood and had taken up his quirky, childish past-time.
"That's right. It's time to catch you, you speedy little devil." Elecman smirked, leaning in close to his DS screen. "And I'm going to name you ThunderBeam. Because you're Raikou. And Raikou is impressive like my Thunder Beam."
The robot giggles with childish glee. Then it happens. The green light goes red.
Several birds fly away at the screaming and the obscenities.
